Our services are organized around three core areas:

• INFRASTRUCTURE INSPECTION: Inspection & field assessment of civil infrastructure, including stormwater & drainage systems, SWPPP requirements, sanitary & storm sewers, utilities, roads, pavement, sidewalks, site infrastructure, & related public & private infrastructure.
• CONSTRUCTION QA/QC: Independent quality assurance & quality control observations throughout the construction process, including site work, earthwork, concrete, reinforcing steel, structural components, utilities, building construction, documentation, & construction progress.
• BUILDING & PROPERTY ASSESSMENT: Objective assessments of residential & commercial buildings and properties, including building components, site conditions, drainage, structural components, building envelope, & observable conditions that may affect the property's quality, condition, or performance.
