QCIS is an independent minority-owned and veteran-owned small business enterprise headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana. The company was established with the belief that clients deserve objective information about the infrastructure & buildings they own, construct, manage, or are considering for purchase.

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Leon Edward Jones Jr. is the Founder and President of Quality Control Inspection Services, Inc. He brings more than three decades of construction, inspection, engineering, surveying, & public-sector experience to QCIS. Mr. Jones began his construction career working as a rod person on a surveying crew, gaining early experience with field measurements, surveying, construction layout, & site conditions.


QCIS was founded in November 2012 by Leon Edward Jones Jr. with the goal of providing clients with accurate, objective, & technically informed information concerning the construction, condition, quality, & performance of civil infrastructure & buildings

MORE ABOUT Mr Jones:

Mr Jones subsequently moved into construction materials testing & inspection, where he developed experience evaluating concrete, soils, asphalt, compaction, & other construction materials and processes.


Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has worked in both the private & public sectors, gaining experience in construction inspection, project management, quality assurance/quality control, transportation infrastructure, civil engineering, surveying, construction materials, & public works
